Returns
Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund as returns will not be accepted, and refunds will not be given for any items. This policy applies to all customers and all products unless otherwise specified.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges will be honored within 14 days for domestic orders and 30 days for international orders for new customers only. Returning customers are not eligible for exchanges. If you need to exchange an item for an identical one, please email us at orders@prissypotions.com with your order number in the subject line and the reason for the exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the order number.
Situations Where Exchanges Are Not Granted:
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If approved, your exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account within 3 business days. You will need to log in or create an account to receive the credit.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your exchange. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be applied to your account. You will need to log in or create an account to receive the credit.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, exchanges will only be honored when requested by the gift giver.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or to purchase shipping insurance, as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Exchanges will not be granted for returned items not received.

Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of our services after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
