Shipping Timeframes:

Order Processing: Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours after processing.

 - Economy Delivery: 7-10 business days

 - Standard Delivery: 7-10 business days

 - Expedited Delivery: 3-5 business days

Important:

Please anticipate delays during holiday and peak seasons. While we continue to ship orders within our usual timeframe, shipping carriers are experiencing significant delays with delivery and package scanning, particularly during peak times. In some cases, orders may take up to 2-3 weeks after being shipped to be delivered.

Missing Orders:

We are not responsible for missing orders. Replacements will be issued only after a claim has been filed with USPS (or the delivery carrier) and the carrier has officially deemed the order as missing and issued insurance for replacement. To file a claim, please contact your local post office or visit their website for instructions.
