Once an order has been placed, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, and returns or exchanges will not be accepted for any orders placed, and refunds will not be given. 

Please make sure to input the correct discount codes during the checkout process, as discounts cannot and will not be applied to orders already placed without the code. This applies to sales and promotion discounts as well. 

If an order is placed and a discount code was not input, customers may be provided a similar discount code or a courtesy credit for future use at the discretion of our management.
